Follow 80s Dave and Butty as they continue to help John search for his missing daughter, Emily, in zombie infested Runcorn.
Evening is drawing in and John is no closer to finding his daughter. Seeking shelter, the gang take refuge in the home of Brittain, a 17 year old agoraphobic traveller that has never left his house. However, after a motivational speech from 80s Dave, everything changes… but will Brittain’s new found sense of adventure end in disaster?
Based on the book Death in a Northern Town, Dead Town is a 3 part comedy horror web series, following the adventures of John and co as they search for his missing daughter, Emily, during the early stages of a zombie apocalypse.
Episode 1 was produced on a zero budget and a successful indiegogo crowd funding campaign was held late last year to fund another 2 episodes.
Since its release, episode 1 has received critical praise and has been nominated for Best Horror Short at Calgary Horror Con and was also an Official Selection for Pilot Light TV Festival… and you can watch it here:
