I’m Lisle Henderson and I’ve been into horror movies since I grew teeth. Jaws and Halloween (still in my top 5!) probably set me on this darker path. I was definitely the only girl in my class with a life sized Freddy Krueger above her bed. I’m 40 now, have a 9-5 which I love but I’m all about grabbing a few beers and watching a Horror. From slasher to zombie, home invasion to supernatural - I’m in!
This is my first outing as a reviewer, so a big thank you to The Slaughtered Bird for giving me the opportunity to put something out there, and make my regular Horror viewings take on new life.
I’m excited to watch, write and help guide you through the dark side of film. Feedback is always welcome…. everyone is entitled to one good scare!

TripleSix Horror Fest!
2 of Britain’s leading horror websites, UK Horror Scene and The Slaughtered Bird, have teamed up to bring the UK a new horror film festival in May 2017.
