Triple Six – A NEW International Horror Film Festival for Manchester UK in 2017
2 of Britain’s leading horror websites, UK Horror Scene and The Slaughtered Bird, have teamed up to bring the UK a new horror film festival in May 2017.
TripleSix will be a 2-day horror film festival in Manchester over the Bank Holiday weekend 27th & 28th of May 2017. Not only that, but Triple Six have partnered with AMC cinema in Manchester to bring the best in comfort, state-of-the-art facilities and professionalism.

Andy Deen, owner and editor of UK Horror Scene, said “This is something ourselves and the guys from The Slaughtered Bird have been talking about for a while, and when the opportunity to partner with AMC came along then it just felt like a perfect fit.”
“There are many wonderful UK horror festivals but we felt that there was a gap in the Spring for another and that we wanted to give independent horror features and shorts a chance to be viewed on the BIG SCREEN, in front of a horror obsessed audience, and over the 2 days we hope to screen up to 10 features as well as many shorts.”
There will be FULL weekend passes available as well as day tickets and even individual feature screenings - all in the wonderful setting of the iconic Great Northern Warehouse in Deansgate, Manchester, which is the home to AMC and their 16-screen cinema.
Chris Barnes, owner of The Slaughtered Bird, said “It’s great to team up with UK Horror Scene and I think it shows the real togetherness in the true independent horror community, which is something we aim to bring to Manchester for Triple Six. We are all very excited to see what features and shorts we can find to make AMC tremble with terror next May!”

It’s not every day you get to speak to the lead actor in possibly your favourite horror film of all time. Especially on a Tuesday. Tuesdays are usually rubbish!
David Naughton should need no introduction to horror fans. Back in 1981, An American Werewolf In London had unprepared cinema goers laughing heartily one second and jumping out of their seats in terror the next. Its tale of two young American tourists coming face-to-teeth with a legendary lycanthropic beast perfectly married a genuinely funny script with razor sharp editing, groundbreaking special effects and a flawless cast to create a monster movie that is still many people’s benchmark today

I visit daily a few web pages and blogs to read articles, except this website presents quality based
posts.
Can I know what time it finishes as I work at night shift you see, would like to be part of it just worry about the time? And are we having 9 films in one whole day?
