Cathedrals will fall, the river will run red... and THE BIRD will be SLAUGHTERED!

Fractured Visions unleash their latest double-bill of TERROR…at the TRAMSHED!

Welcome to Halloween… Fractured Visions style!

Our monthly takeover of Tramshed Cinema continues with a delirious double helping of Spaghetti splatter.

First up is Lamberto Bava’s frantic gore-fest, DEMONS! The son of legendary Italian filmmaker Mario Bava (Blood and Black Lace, Bay of Blood) puts his pedal to the metal for 90mins of seriously demented thrills, spills and chills. DEMONS remains one of the most loved films to emerge from Italy in the 80s – once you’ve experienced it, you’ll have no misunderstanding as to why!

Live and direct, straight from HELL!

Lamberto Bava and Dario Argento bring you THE Gonzo Horror movie of the 1980s with Demons, a frenzied slice of gore heavy shock cinema that gives up on logic and instead assaults the screen with a riot of X-Rated violence, face chewing Zombies and pounding Heavy Metal.

In a mysterious cinema, an audience are watching a brutal horror flick when the horror rips out of the screen, unleashing a swarm of slathering Demons who are intent on spreading their evil plague across the globe.

Time to tool up and take no prisoners… The Demons are coming!

We’ll be ending the night with Umberto Lenzi’s blood spattered magnum opus, NIGHTMARE CITY! A film that really has to be seen to be believed…

Now they are everywhere! There is no escape!

Long before zombies took up jogging in 28 Days Later and Zack Snyder’s Dawn of the Dead remake, they were brandishing axes and other sharp implements in Umberto Lenzi’s utterly insane radiation-sickness opus Nightmare City.

In true Zombie Flesh Eaters form, our story begins with the arrival of an ominous, seemingly unmanned craft – in this instance, a military plane making an unscheduled landing at a European airport. Upon forcing the aircraft doors open, the waiting soldiers get a nasty shock when out bursts a horde of flesh-hungry, pizza-faced radioactive ghouls. The walking dead are here, and they’re hungry!

Counting amongst its fans are the likes of Quentin Tarantino and Eli Roth, Nightmare City (aka City of the Walking Dead) is a bonkers slice of Italian zombie carnage from the man who shocked the world with the notorious Cannibal Ferox.

We’ll be sitting back, sipping cold ones and enjoying two of the wildest flicks 80s cinema spawned! Along with this double-bill of insanity will be the customary trailer reels, featuring some of the wackiest, foulest, most distasteful but utterly entertaining film trailers ever produced.

We will also be holding a raffle for 5 lucky people to win some fantastic blu-rays! All you need to do is head over to our Facebook page: and confirm you will be attending the event and your name will go into a hat/pint glass/shoe, and we will announce the winners on the evening!

INTERVIEW: David Naughton
untitled It’s not every day you get to speak to the lead actor in possibly your favourite horror film of all time. Especially on a Tuesday. Tuesdays are usually rubbish! David Naughton should need no introduction to horror fans. Back in 1981, An American Werewolf In London had unprepared cinema goers laughing heartily one second and jumping out of their seats in terror the next. Its tale of two young American tourists coming face-to-teeth with a legendary lycanthropic beast perfectly married a genuinely funny script with razor sharp editing, groundbreaking special effects and a flawless cast to create a monster movie that is still many people’s benchmark today Read on...
